ZESTY BUTTER BEAN BAKE 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 (1 lb.) cans butter beans
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. water

Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Add remaining ingredients except beans; heat. Put beans in buttered 1-quart casserole dish. Pour sauce over. Bake in 375 degree oven 45 minutes.
