BUSY DAY STEW 
1 to 2 lb. stew meat
Potatoes, cut in fairly large chunks
Carrots, cut in fairly large chunks
Onions, cut in fairly large chunks
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn and peas, optional

Place all ingredients in large baking pan. Cover tightly. Bake at 250 degrees for at least 6 hours. This with a salad and muffins is yummy.
