APPLE JELLY 
12 oz. frozen apple juice
1 env. unflavored gelatin

Defrost juice concentrate; dissolve the gelatin in the juice. In a saucepan heat to boiling or until gelatin dissolved completely. Remove from heat and pour into a jar; cool and refrigerate.

NOTE: Since you can make a sugar free jelly using frozen fruit juice. It's best not to make up very much at a time.
