BACALHAU 
2 lb. cod
1 tbsp. plus 1 c. olive oil
6 potatoes
4 lg. onions
1/2 tsp. garlic
20 pitted black olives
5 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. parsley

Cook fish in water until it falls apart. Cook potatoes and slice. Cook 1/2 cup oil, onions, sliced into rings until transparent.

Mix cod, onions, potatoes, garlic, olives, sliced eggs. Pour remaining oil over top and bake for about 20 minutes.
