CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 c. crumbs (half Rice Krispies, half graham cracker)
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter

FILLING:

1 lb. (16 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. eggs

TOP LAYER:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix Crust ingredients together and press into a buttered 10 inch pie plate.

Combine Filling ingredients; beat well, approximately 10 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into chilled shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until firm. Cool on a rack for 15 minutes.

Mix Topping ingredients together, adding a little more sugar, if desired. Spread on cooled pie and return to oven. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate. Top with fresh or frozen strawberries just before serving.
