OVERNIGHT LAYERED SALAD | |
1 lg. head cauliflower 1 lg. head lettuce, torn in pieces 1 (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. cheese, grated 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled Cut cauliflower into flowerets. Layer lettuce, cauliflower and peas in 3 quart bowl (in that order). Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and sugar. Spread evenly over top of salad, sealing the edges around the bowl. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Cover bowl tightly and chill over night. |
