GRANDPAS STEW: Frank Smith 
Chuck roast or steak
1 lg. onion
2 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
Carrots
1 can corn
1 can peas
Red potatoes
8 oz. can tomato paste or 2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 BIG spoonful Lawry's seasoned salt
Cayenne pepper, just a pinch

Cut up meat into stew meat. Don't brown. Just put meat and water in pot--just enough water to boil meat. After meat has boiled one hour, add cut up onions, garlic, celery, carrots, cayenne pepper, tomato paste/sauce, seasoned salt and boil another hour. Add potatoes, corn (drained) and peas (drained). Continue to cook until potatoes are done.
