GLAZED CARROTS 
Baby carrots (2 sm. bags)
1/4 stick butter
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
2-3 tbsp. honey
1-2 tbsp. dried parsley

Seam carrots to desired tenderness (preferably "firm"). Saute steamed carrots in skillet with butter, garlic powder and parsley. Simmer 3-5 minutes then place in serving bowl. Add and stir in honey prior to serving.
