BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. 1/2" broccoli flowerets
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 c. half & half
6 oz. process cheese (cut into 1/2" cubes)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of ground allspice
2 tbsp. dry white wine

Place broccoli and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with duty plastic wrap and microwave at high for 2 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in milk and next 6 ingredients.

Cover tightly and microwave at medium high (70% power) for 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in wine. Cover tightly and microwave on medium high for 5-6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Serves 2-3 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
