HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. beef, cubed
2 med. onions
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
6 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. four

Brown meat, add onions. Combine next 7 items plus 1 cup water. Cook, covered, for 2 1/2 hours - blend flour with remaining water. Add and stir until thickened. Simmer. Serve over noodles. Can be doubled or tripled, depending on family size.
