FROZEN STRAWBERRY FLUFF 
2 c. strawberries, hulled and halved
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in large bowl, and mix at low speed, scraping sides of bowl often. Gradually turn up speed and whip until mixture is stiff for 12 servings of 57 calories or whip until bowl is full for 18 servings at 39 calories. Put in cups and freeze 3 hours. May be eaten then. Eat within 3 days.
