CHEESE PASTRY FOR MUFFIN SIZE
QUICHE
 
(Triple recipe for 36 quiches)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Let cream cheese and butter soften to room temperature. Blend, stir in flour. Chill slightly. Shape into balls and press into ungreased muffin tins on bottom and up sides. Fill and bake.
