PERFECT PIE CRUST 
4 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. egg
1/2 c. cold water

Put the flour, sugar, and salt into a large bowl and stir with fork. Cut in the Crisco until crumbly. In a small bowl, mix together the egg, water, and vinegar. Add this to the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly moistened and easy to handle. This yields 5 single crusts and can be stored in the refrigerator for several days in an airtight container.
