PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 green pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Cooked rice
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cooking oil

Slice round steak into strips. Mix cornstarch, sugar, ginger, and soy sauce. Pour over meat; marinate for 1 hour. Cut green peppers into strips. Brown meat in hot oil. Add peppers; cook until pepper is tender. Add brown gravy mix. Add water. Cook until thickened. Serve over warm rice.
