APPLE CRISP | |
8 c. sliced apples 1 c. flour 1/2 c. Nutri-Grain nuggets 1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked 1/2 c. sugar TOPPING: 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 sticks butter, chilled 1 c. flour Toss apples in 1/2 cup flour and place in 9"x13" greased baking dish. Sprinkle over 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle over the other 1/2 cup of flour. Sprinkle over the Nutri Grain and then the oatmeal. TOPPING: Dice the cold sticks of butter. Add flour, cinnamon and sugar and mix with blender briefly. (Should be crumbs.) Then sprinkle topping over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
