1 egg white, beaten stiff

3/4 c. light brown sugar
4 tsp. vanilla

Mix well.

2 c. whole nuts in meringue

Place each nut separately on foil cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 225 degrees, then turn oven off. Leave in hot oven 30 minutes more. This is a Christmas tradition.
