CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
2 lbs. chicken breast, boned and cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, cut in lg. chunks
2 lg. green peppers, cut in sqs.
15 oz. of crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice

In a wok or 10 inch skillet, brown chicken and garlic in oil. Add onion and peppers, cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine remaining ingredients except rice into chicken mixture. Cook 5 minutes longer and serve over rice.
