12.3 oz. box Crispex cereal
9 oz. pretzel sticks, broken
2 qt. popcorn
1 c. peanuts, optional

Mix above ingredients in large bowl. Set aside.

Mix in saucepan:

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup

Cook over medium heat - boiling 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

Pour mixture over cereal and pretzel mixture. Stir coating dry ingredients. Pour into large roasting pan and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets, covered with wax paper. Store in airtight container.
