EASY PILAF 
1 stick butter
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped (opt.)
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. shrimp, chicken or pork chops (raw)
Salt & pepper

Melt butter in 13"x9" pan. Stir in soups. Add rice. Stir. Scatter peeled shrimp, chicken pieces or pork chops on rice mixture. Add bell peppers and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, covered 1 1/2 hours at 425 degrees.
