WALDORF GELATIN SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cream or evaporated milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. apples, diced, peeled or unpeeled
3/4 c. seedless red grapes
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add cream, lemon juice and salt. Blend well with beater. Pour into bowl and refrigerate until firm, but still soft in the center. Whip with beater until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
