CHICKEN AND SWISS AND STUFFING 
12 chicken breasts, boned
6-8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Lg. jar sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. crushed stuffing mix
1 stick melted butter

Butter 9x13 pan. Layer: breasts, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, water chestnuts.

Mix soups, thinned with white wine or milk. Spoon over chicken. Add stuffing mix over top of casserole.

Melt 1 stick butter and pour over all. Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 300 degrees. Serves 6-8.
