Bread or cracker crumbs & Parmesan cheese to coat to desired taste
Salt
Pepper
"Pam" spray for dish

Roll chicken in bread or cracker crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until done. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan, single layer.
