BAKED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients; pour into casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 stick butter, melted

Combine topping ingredients and piece on top of potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Delicious!
