HOMEMADE CHICKEN POT PIE | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 chicken breast 1/2 box frozen peas and carrots 2 med. potatoes 2 deep dish frozen pie shells Boil chicken and cut into cubes; cut potatoes in cubes; cook. Cook peas and carrots; drain. Mix chicken, soup, potatoes, peas and carrots in pot and heat (add a little juice from boiled chicken). Bake one pie shell slightly. Pour in mixture. Place other shell on top. Bake until top is brown. (Trim off thick crust of top shell, roll out, cut with cookie cutter and bake for decoration.) |
