BANANA BREAD 
1 stick of butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 lg. overripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

In an electric mixing bowl cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add cut up bananas and beat well. Sift flour, soda, salt and add to the above. Fold in nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. This makes 3 (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 inch) loaves, or 2 larger ones. This freezes well. My Wednesday IFM crew has gotten addicted to this bread.
