GONZAGA CHEVICHE 
2 lbs. fish
2 c. lime or lemon juice
2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. snappy tomatoes
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
16 stuffed green olives, chopped
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 jalapeno chilies, diced
4 firm tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Marinate fish in lime or lemon juice for 6 hours. After 6 hours, pour off 1 cup of juice. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over fish. Let marinate overnight. Fish will be cooked chemically.
