2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients and beat 10 minutes with mixer. Pour into a greased, floured, angel cake pan. Bake 55-60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool in pan. Very good used as short cake.
