EASY & GOOD FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Pinch salt
3-4 marshmallows
2-3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine in double boiler the sugar, egg whites, water, cream of tartar and salt. Heat and beat until it forms soft peaks. Add 3-4 marshmallows and beat until melted. Add powdered sugar and take off fire. Beat until stiff. Add vanilla. This will cover an angel food cake. Can be used on other cakes too.
