CARROT CAKE | |
1 c. cooking oil 1 3/4 c. white sugar 4 eggs 2 c. flour 2 c. raw shredded carrots or 2 lg. jars Jr. Baby Food (carrots) 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts Stir all ingredients with wooden spoon. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla |
