BROWN-EYE ORANGE BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. dry milk (in dry form)
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat in butter, orange juice, egg, orange rind and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in 9 inch square pan, 25-30 minutes, 375 degrees. When baked, remove from oven and spread with glaze made with powdered sugar, orange juice and grated rind.
