5 LB. CONFECTION FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. chopped pecans
1 c. broken walnut meats
1/2 lb. candied chopped cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple cut fine
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. chopped dates
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans Angel Flake Coconut
1 can condensed milk

Prepare fruits, add coconut and nuts. Add condensed milk. Mix well. Line angel cake pan with foil, extended over sides. Grease lightly. Press cake mixture into pan, pat down with hands. Cover with extended foil. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees. Pull back foil and let brown nicely. Let stand in pan overnight, then fold foil back over and store.
