YOGURT - SAUCED MEATBALLS 
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. bread crumbs
9 tbsp. lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground lamb
2 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. instant bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. cooked noodles

Combine egg crumbs, 3 tablespoons yogurt, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add lamb, mix. Shape into 12 balls. Place in 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes, drain. Combine 3/4 cup water, catsup, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and basil. Combine remaining yogurt and cornstarch. Add to saucepan. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over meat. Serve with noodles. Makes 4 servings. 397 calories.
