FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pat in large pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over cooled crust. Arrange any fruit over filling.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. orange juice
Dash of salt

Cook until thick. Cool and pour over fruit.
