CRAB A LA CORDON BLEU 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
3 slices cooked ham, cut in strips (4 oz.)
2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in strips (4 oz.)
6 manicotti tubes, cooked & drained
Crab Sauce

CRAB SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. half & half cream
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab, thawed, drained, fresh can be used

Melt butter. Blend flour in butter. Cook until bubbly. Slowly add half and half and milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly until thickened. Add crab and heat. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Butter an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Divide chicken, ham and cheese evenly into 6 portions. Place in centers of manicotti. Spoon 1/2 cup Crab Sauce in bottom of baking dish. Place manicotti on top of sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over this. Cover and place in cold oven. Set temperature at 350 degrees. Bake around 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
