STIR FRY TURKEY POCKETS 
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper
Garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese
Lettuce
Pita bread (4 whole)
Italian dressing

Brown meat with vegetables. Add garlic powder and black pepper. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and stir until melted. Cut pita in half and fill with meat mixture, top with lettuce and drizzle Italian dressing over the top. Serves 8.
