CHICKEN WALDORF 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
5 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 lg. apples, chopped
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. raisins

In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and brown sugar.

Fold in cubed chicken, apples, celery, walnuts, and raisins. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.

Just before serving, trim edge of bowl with lettuce. Garnish with apple wedges. Makes 6 servings.
