PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Mix sugar and cornstarch and pour over drained pineapple. Stir lightly and pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top, then crackers and top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A great breakfast side dish, good anytime!
