1 c. peanut butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 egg
48 milk chocolate candy stars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Leave cookie sheets ungreased. Combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg in medium bowl until blended and smooth. Shape into 48 balls about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Press a chocolate star onto the top of each cookie. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
