BAKED LASAGNA 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. hamburger meat
1 (32 oz.) Ragu
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
12 lasagne noodles
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. butter
4 or 5 eggs
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all cheeses with eggs and oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and set in refrigerator. Brown hamburger meat and start cooking noodles in water and butter. (Set aside 1 cup of Ragu.) When meat is cooked add Ragu and tomato sauce. Cook until very hot. Drain and cool noodles flat on wax paper. Then layer noodles in bottom of pan. Spread with 1/2 cheese mixture on top. Then a layer of 1/2 of the sauce. Layer noodles, cheese, sauce and then 1 more layer of noodles, then on top. Put the 1 cup of Ragu you had set aside. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
