JELLO PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. pretzels sticks (3 c. for 9 x 13 inch pan) 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. Cool Whip 6 oz. strawberry Jello (any flavor will do) 2 c. pineapple juice (hot) 20 oz. frozen strawberries (you can use any topping you want) 1/4 c. water Crush pretzels and mix with melted butter and sugar. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Mix Jello and hot pineapple juice; cut strawberries in half and put in Jello with 1/4 cup water. Let jell a little before pouring over cheese layer. Cream with mixer cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip, and vanilla. Spread over crust. |
