JAMBALAYA 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, cut up
1 green pepper, diced
2 ribs celery, cut up
1 bay leaf
Dash of red pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can beef bouillon
1/2 c. water

Brown all vegetables in butter. Add beef bouillon, water and rice. Cook until rice is done. Add leftover meat such as hamburger, pork, beef, shrimp, sausage or chicken. We especially like sausage and shrimp. it is good to mix 2 or more meats.
