SHISH TAOUK 
6 boneless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lemon, squeezed
1 tbsp. paprika
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. yogurt
2 tbsp. sumac (Lebanese Spice, optional)
1 tsp. each salt, pepper & ginger

Cut chicken in small cubes. Mix remaining ingredients and marinate chicken overnight (in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours). Thread chicken on skewers and barbeque on charcoal grill or under broiler.
