CHEESE SOUP 
4 c. thin white sauce
1 med. onion, chopped & sauteed
Salt & pepper
Sm. smoked cocktail sausages, cut in quarters
Garlic powder
1 pkg. Bird's Eye California blend vegetables
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Defrost vegetables on a paper towel in the microwave. In a saucepan, melt Velveeta, add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and sauteed onion. When cheese has melted add white sauce, vegetables and sausages. Simmer until all ingredients are piping hot. Serve with soft bread sticks or Parmesan toast.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
