PANCIT CANTON 
3 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1/2 round onion, sliced
1/2 lb. pork, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 lb. green beans, sliced thinly
1 sm. head cabbage, sliced
1 sm. carrot, sliced thinly
1/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and sliced
2 c. water
2-3 tsp. shoyu
1-2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. pancit noodles

Heat oil in large skillet. Brown garlic then add onion. Add pork and cook until pork is browned.

Add green beans, cabbage, carrot, and shrimp. Mix well while cooking for 3 minutes. Remove from skillet and place in large bowl.
