CRISP POTATOES 
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 potatoes
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Cut potatoes in chunks, leave the skins on. In a baggie, mix the ingredients. Put some of the potatoes in baggie and shake, repeat. In the bottom of 10 x 13 inch pan, melt 1/4 cup butter in oven. Remove the pan and lay potatoes. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once or twice during baking time. I sometimes use more Parmesan cheese and butter depending on size of potatoes.
