COUNTRY STYLE STEAK - IN CROCK POT | |
2 lbs. cubed steak Salt and pepper Flour Mazola oil for frying Sprinkle steak with Adolph's seasoned tenderizer and beat with meat mallet tenderizer. Roll in flour. Place in hot oil for frying. Brown on both sides. Place steak in crock pot. Make gravy and pour over steak. (I add 1 package brown gravy mix when making gravy.) Cook on Low overnight. Stir occasionally. Personal note: I like to fix this on Saturday night and let cook until we get home from church on Sunday. Delicious! Enjoy! |
