WEDDING OR OTHER OCCASION MINTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box (2 lb.) powdered sugar

Beat with mixer. When too stiff, knead by hand. Make STIFF, add another cup of powdered sugar if possible, easier to mold. Divide into as many parts as you want flavors and colors.

Flavor and color to taste. Dip molds in a bit of sugar in a small cup each time to make easier to get out of mold.
