LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
3 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 crumb pie crust
6 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Separate eggs and put whites aside. Beat yolks slightly. Add milk and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Use egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar to prepare meringue. Pour filling into crumb crust. Top with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Chill.
