BANANA BREAD | |
1/2 c. Crisco 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. riced bananas (3 lg., very ripe bananas) 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. chopped pecans Cream shortening, add sugar slowly and cream well; add eggs and beat. Add riced bananas. Add the flour, salt and soda which have been sifted together. Add vanilla and chopped nuts. |
