JELLO COOKIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. fruit Jello (dry)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1 tablespoon Jello. Mix remaining ingredients and shape into balls by the teaspoon. Bake 8 minutes, do not brown. Dip cookies in glaze: 3 tbsp. hot water

Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sprinkle with desired fancy things: colored sugar, sprinkles, coconut, etc...
